Where in the world are they drinking Rias Baixas Wines?

What do samosas, spanakopita, and sushi all have in common? Each dish is a perfect match with Rias Baixas Albarino, the refreshing and delicious white wine from northwestern Spain. Here you will find a variety of posts from members of the press, restaurateurs, sommeliers and above all, people that love food and wine and are willing to experiment with Albariño wines.

Just as chefs and sommeliers create daring food and wine pairings, we invite you to also stretch your imagination and culinary talents by putting Albariño wines to the test. Amateur cooks across the country are invited to put their culinary chops and Albariño’s food-friendliness to the test by submitting their favorite original recipe for this year’s wine and food pairing contest.
